It is an internet-based intelligence sharing initiative and alert network designed to collect and disseminate information. There you can register as a business partner and receive information alerts and updates on homeland security concerns. HSEM will use ICEFISHX to alert businesses about any avian or pandemic influenza incident in Minnesota. |
